My favourite piece of technology.

 

My favourite piece of technology is the mixer. The mixer is a kitchen machine used to mix, whisk or shred ingredients. It is structure is a bar with metal rods rotating at high speed.

I dont remember when I got my first mixer, but all my life I have been related to it  because my mom is a cook so I have always seen this piece of technology. I think maybe the first time I had one was at the age of 12.

I use this machine for cooking, especially for baking sweet things. I love to make pastry things like dessert, cakes, etc. In this tipe of cooking the mixer is an essential thing, for this reason I used it a lot. The mixer need electricity so I plug it into the mains and I use it in circular movements in very differents speeds.

I use it two or three times a week, because everyone in my house loves my cakes and dessert so I bake very often to make my family happy.

I like this piece of technology because it allows me to make my creations. I love making sweet things because I love desserts, cakes, and everything that tastes sweet. Cooking  is so important to me,I feel it frees me and let me express my emotions. For this reason I think that my life whitout it will be boring and less sweet jaja. If this technology didn´t exist I have to look for another way to express myself.

I recommend using it because it facilitates the cooking process, make it faster and easier. However it is important to know how to use it because it has a technique that is not as simple as it looks.

I will leave some pictures of my cakes because it is the best I do.

CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

  Hello! Today I´m going to tell you about some changes that can be made to my study programme. Im a secon year student of Public Administration at Universidad de Chile. My major is dynamic, you have a bit of everything, and you develop in a very holistic way. I really like the curriculum of my career, so I wouldn´t change anything about it. The thing I would like to change are the magisters. The career has only two masters in two different subjects: political science and management. I think that the public administration universe´s is   big, there are so many things to do, so it is necessary create more masters. About the workload and legth of studies, my major during 5 years.   Hi! My name is Ania Isidora Alejandra Villagra Guzmán (yes, i have three names xd), I   am my mother's fourth daughter and my father's first daughter.. Mi family is composed   by mi three   half brothers called Axel, Priscila and Claudio; my mother Mery; my fahter Hector; my cousin Martin; and my boyfriend Walo.
