Hi! I'm Ania, and my life it is kinda crazy

  Today I'm going to show you one of my favorite photos. It is not really a photo but it is like a thumbail because it is a photo of a video. This photography is from the tv show called “America´s next top model” cycle 21, I like this tv show because it   has two of my favorite things, drama and modelling haha. The director of the video was Franco Lacosta so it would be him who took the picture. The model´s name is Shei Phan, she was my favorite contestant of the cycle because i think she is very beautiful and extravagant, and I love the “stereotypical asian beauty”, plus her hair is one of my favorite hair looks. The photography shows Shei as a vampire, because this was the concept of the video, it was a commercial for a fragance. I dont know precisely when it was taken but the tv show was on air in 2014.   The meal I like the most it is lasagna. Lasagna is an Italian pasta dish, it is made up of layers of pasta interspersed with bolognese sauce and bechamel sauce, in my house we also add a layer of cheese; and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. The lasagne needs that each element of the lasagne is prepared individually. First, you have to make the typical pasta dough and cut in layers .Second,the bolognese sauce whit meat and tomate. Third, the bechamel sauce with milk, cornflour and nutmeg. Fourth, any additional ingredients you would like to add. I like this meal because my mom always made it for our family on special situations, so when I eat it I remember this special ocassions. This meal is very caloric, so it is not very healthy for me, but I only eat it in special occasions like I said, so I dont do myself much harm hahaha.   My favourite piece of technology is the mixer. The mixer is a kitchen machine used to mix, whisk or shred ingredients. It is structure is a bar with metal rods rotating at high speed. I dont remember when I got my first mixer, but all my life I have been related to it   because my mom is a cook so I have always seen this piece of technology. I think maybe the first time I had one was at the age of 12. I use this machine for cooking, especially for baking sweet things. I love to make pastry things like dessert, cakes, etc. In this tipe of cooking the mixer is an essential thing, for this reason I used it a lot. The mixer need electricity so I plug it into the mains and I use it in circular movements in very differents speeds. I use it two or three times a week, because everyone in my house loves my cakes and dessert so I bake very often to make my family happy.
